So you want to be healthier but don’t want to reverse the things in your life causing you to be unhealthy? I’m sorry but no amount of green tea is going to keep you from getting cancer if you smoke like a chimney. My advice is to hope you’re one of the lucky ones that doesn’t feel adverse effects.

Sounds like you want to have your cake and eat it too. Nothing can reverse lung, mouth, or throat cancer or even scirosis of the liver. Why the hell would you want detox methods if you are still going to drink and smoke. Live like a rock star and die early. That’s where you seem to be headed.
