I drank as well most at a college celebration as well as was sent to a hospital, afterwards to a detox core for a day. I’m flustered as well as unequivocally upset. we only changed here from out-of-state for college as well as am carrying difficulty anyway…then this happened. Will this eventuality injure me for hold up or will it get better? Any recommendation would be great.

As long as you have learnt your lesson and won’t do it again, then I’m sure it’ll be fine.
It will get better after a while.

Embarrassing moments are going to happen. Make your apologies to whomever you need to as soon as possible. The longer you wait the less effective they will be. Learn from your experience by making sure you do not repeat the same mistake and you’ll be fine.

Hi Sara
We all make mistakes and hopefully learn from them.
You now have to make an extra effort
and prove to yourself and others
how good you are academically.
* Focus on your studies
* Don’t go out with guys where you think you might get tempted to drink again
* Keep away from groups that have a dubious reputation
* Be kind and helpful to everyone.
You see, when we have a black mark on our reputation,
we have to work very hard on making that black spot less visible.
Wishing you Good Luck

You will be fine. This happens frequently. Not a good thing but it’s reality. It is what it is and I am sure that you have learned your lesson and don’t want to experience that again. (I imagine it must have been painful.) Don’t feel too embarrassed… just move on with your life, learn from the experience, and be glad that you’re still alive.
Make better choices next time. You will be okay.

If you say ” it was a mistake, “, then you are OK.
But let´s go back a little. You have to ask yourself. What made you drink too much, pure pressure or you needed to drink emotionally?????
It is up to you what you do in the future. Do not worry about what happened yesterday (past), because you can NOT change that.
Try to focus on tomorrow (future).
