I’m sorry I cant provide you with any personal experience with the master cleanse diet, however I have gone through a wide regimen of detox supplements and diets myself and all have left me feeling exhausted and lethargic. I’m not sure what this detox in titles you to do, but I wouldn’t suggest taking on any physically or mentally demanding tasks which might land you in the hospital.

Master cleanse is very good for your body but can be harmful if you abuse it. alot of people do it to lose weight, but its not meant for that! I have done it atlease 4 times this whole year, and it works great.
You can work while you are on it, but you have to drink at least 64 oz of the cleanse. See the maple syrup provides you with all the nutrients that you are losing when you dont eat and the cayenne pepper helps with ur circulation. So you will be okay, if you drink alot of water and all day drink the juice. you will be prefectly fine. But the diet tells you to make sure its okay with doctor to do the cleanser, bc some people have conditions that prevents them to do it.
Now losing weight quickly any type of way is unhealthy to every human being, called a crash diet, but your not doing it to lose weight, ur doing it to detox ur body. but remember to follow the directions for when you go off the diet because you have to eat right or your body will reject that food.
